Fees and Length of Sessions

 

First appointment as a new client varies from 60-90 minute evaluation & assessment: $185 – $265

You will be asked questions during the evaluation & assessment to explore how long you have experienced certain symptoms, your personal and family history of medical & mental health, and any psychiatric treatment you may have received. As a standard protocol, we will screen for symptoms related to anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

EMDR

$200 – 75-minute therapy session

$290 – 90-minute therapy session

 

Individual Child or Adult

$145 – 45-minute talk therapy session

$160 – 60-minute talk therapy session

 

Families

$180 – $200 60-90 minute family session

$350 – 90-minute Intensive In-Home Services

Fees are charged directly through our EHR system.

 

Crisis/Emergency Session

$295 – 60-minute therapy session

 

Groups

$20 – Registration

$45 – Per Group session

Fees are charged directly through our EHR system.

 

Insurance

At this time, we currently accept:

  • Optum
  • United Behavioral Health
  • Cigna

A detailed receipt will be given to each client for the services provided.  It is the sole responsibility of the client to collect payment or reimbursement from their insurance company.  The amount you will be reimbursed depends on your insurance policy and out-of-network mental health benefits.

 

EAP

  • Employee Assistance Program Provider
  • Short-term counseling
  • Counseling in regards to work related issues and performance improvement planning

 

We currently accept the following EAPs:

  • Modern Health
  • Cigna

 

Cancellation Policy

If you at unable to be in your session, our policy requires at least 48 hours notice. Otherwise, you will be charged the session full fee. We can also work on rescheduling an appointment within the same week, if one is available.

If your therapist is unable able to make her appointment, she will also follow the same guideline and reschedule as timely as possible.

 

Confidentiality & Privacy Policy

The law protects the relationship between a client and a psychotherapist, and information cannot be disclosed without written permission. Please note that we do not provide any clinical information to ANY outside parties except in the following situations:

  • Child Abuse
  • Elderly or Dependent Adult Abuse
  • If you are in danger to yourself*
  • If you are a danger to others

*If you are suicidal and we are concerned for your safety, we will reach out to your emergency contact of file to ensure the utmost care and safety possible.

 

Emergencies/After Hour Calls

Emergencies, such as suicidal ideation, you should call 911 or go to the nearest ER. Or contact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255, or text HOME to 741741.
