Dr. Trenye Black provides counseling to residents of Florida, California, and Virginia. Treatment of PTSD and trauma issues are Dr. Black’s specialty. Her primary approach is EMDR, to treat past and recent trauma, depression, anxiety (including phobias and social anxiety), complicated grief, and stress reduction.
She has worked in the mental health field for over seven years. She has worked in a variety of settings such as: in-home; in the community; at an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP); and schools. Her goal is to connect with you on your journey as you live a more purposeful life.
